CDR Reporting and Analytics

The CDR reporting system was completely rebuilt from the ground up. The previous system worked but lacked flexibility - you couldn't easily customize reports or schedule automated delivery. The new system changes everything.

Key Improvements:

  • 50+ Templated Reports - Pre-built reports covering call patterns, quality metrics, cost analysis, capacity planning, and compliance needs. Each template is production-ready with sensible defaults.
  • Report Builder - Create custom reports by selecting fields, filters, groupings, and chart types. No SQL required.
  • Saved & Scheduled Reports - Save report configurations for one-click access. Schedule automatic delivery via email - daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Chart Visualizations - Every report includes relevant charts (bar, line, pie, heatmap) that update dynamically with your filters.
  • PDF & CSV Export - Export any report with a single click for sharing or archival.

  • Fix: Updated the Vue container healthcheck to use the runtime curl probe.

May 14, 2026 (0.8.6.6)

This release consolidates the validation work from the 0.8.6.6-rc* release candidates into a single stable build. It is a maintenance release focused on database upgrade safety, management API reliability, policy reporting, licensing, and Cisco integration tooling.

  • Fix: Added missing stable database migrations for Grafana settings, alarm preferences, token sessions, and per-user alarm sound settings. This fixes upgrade/runtime crashes caused by missing database fields.
  • Fix: Several management API endpoints now return proper 404 or 422 responses instead of 500 errors for edge-case requests, including rules and policies, TDoS history, webhook logs, phone statistics, report queries, and CallManager discovery.
  • Fix: Policy history dashboards and reputation reporting paths refresh correctly after fresh install or upgrade.
  • Fix: Active product licenses are preserved across transient license-server validation failures instead of briefly dropping to an unlicensed state.
  • Fix: Cisco integration workflows are more robust: AXL/JTAPI errors return clean payloads, JTAPI BIB/greeting rollback and audit metadata are safer, runtime-created lab CallManagers surface inventory correctly, and SFTP session ownership is preserved.
  • Feat: Optional org-level diagnostics: appliances can forward backend error telemetry and alarm-lifecycle events to a PostHog project for support correlation. Off by default; opt-in per org.

May 14, 2026 (0.8.6.5)

  • Fix: Restored upgrade-path compatibility for appliances running 0.8.6.4 and earlier — the database password is once again handled automatically on upgrade, with no manual .env editing required.
  • Fix: Phone inventory pagination and filtering are more stable, including ordering, counts, status filters, composite address source filters, subnet filters, and extension mobility filters.
  • Fix: CDR webhook delivery is more reliable for records ingested through SFTP, including duplicate handling and rendered URL encoding.
  • Fix: Background job processing and health visibility are more reliable.
  • Fix: CUBE service-change alert migration drift is repaired on stable appliances.
  • Fix: OpenAPI validation is stricter and catches malformed API responses earlier.
  • Feat: Phone inventory APIs now expose additional filter options used by the UI.

May 14, 2026 (0.8.6.4)

  • Fix: Improved background purge and retention-query performance across stable appliance database layouts.

May 14, 2026 (0.8.6.3)

  • Fix: SFTP CDR processing is more reliable on appliances with multiple CDR integrations.
  • Fix: SFTP upload activity now handles peer-address metadata safely and preserves quota isolation between integrations.
  • Fix: Rule reorder succeeds when using a direct order value without specifying a target rule. Previously this returned a 422 error.
  • Feat: SFTP server logging is quieter for expected missing-file/readlink edge cases.

May 14, 2026 (0.8.6.2)

  • Fix: Registration status in RIS is now authoritative across CUCM versions. The new state reconciler keeps the phone-state ledger in lock-step with CUCM, eliminating the mass "UnRegister" event burst some sites observed after upgrading from earlier release candidates.
  • Fix: Phone inventory queries no longer crash when loading database-backed phone records.
  • Fix: Call path search results now include MOS and quality fields needed by downstream reporting.
  • Fix: Version numbers display as 0.8.6.2 everywhere in the UI and API (previously rendered as 0.8.6+2 in some contexts).
