Call Telemetry's free tier (called Community Edition in licensing and support contexts) is free forever, self-hosted, with no credit card and no expiration. See the Free Cisco CDR Reporting page for the full feature overview and download.

Included Free​

  • Run all 37+ report templates ad-hoc, with full on-screen results and charts
  • Report Builder — build custom queries across 125+ decoded CDR/CMR fields
  • CDRs ingested within a minute — as fast as Cisco CallManager can deliver them
  • Block or Permit calls, unlimited policies and rules
  • Remote Control, Bulk ITL Reset
  • Phone inventory, registration health, and reports — full serial, subnet, CDP/LLDP neighbor, switch, port, hardware, Extension Mobility, and call-activity details
  • CT-AI Analytics (5 requests per day)

Not Included on Free​

  • Cradle-to-Grave Call Flow Investigation — tracing calls across multiple legs and hunt groups requires Essentials or higher; Free sees a live count with an upgrade prompt
  • Call Quality Dashboard and per-phone quality metrics — requires Essentials or higher; Free sees a live count of recent quality activity with an upgrade prompt
  • CDR History report enrichment — On CDR History, CUCM device description, line description, alerting name, and caller/called user name, email, and department columns require Essentials or higher. Free Edition keeps raw CDR History search; those History columns stay locked or masked. Essentials and higher unmask them. Phone inventory stays on Free. CDR Alert templates may still render inventory device description on Free — that is the phones inventory field, not the History enrichment columns.
  • Report exports (CSV, XLSX, PDF) — view results on screen; a license adds exports
  • Saved Reports and Scheduled/emailed Reports — licensed tiers
  • Configurable retention beyond the 7-day rolling window
